About the Black Sparrowhawk:
The largest Accipiter in Africa, the Black Sparrowhawk can be found in forested habitats, but also prefers suburban habitats as well.
The Black Sparrowhawk comes in both light and dark color morphs.
Their diet consists mainly of medium-sized birds, such as Pigeons. It is uncommon, but they will also eat small mammals as well.
