  • Can be found through Central Europe and eastward. They have a large migratory range through Northern Africa, the Middle East, Arabia, and Pakistan.
  • The Saker Falcon is a commonly used bird in Middle Eastern falconry, which exposes this falcon to illegal trapping and sold in illegal pet trades. 
  • When it comes to captive breeding programs for falconry, the Saker Falcon is occasionally used to make hybrid falcons for falconry.
