About the Speckled Tanager:
Found in Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, and northern Brazil, this small passerine lives in secondary forest with dense understory.
Diet consists of fruits, seeds, and small insects and spider.
Males and females have very similar plumage.
